What should I bring when I drop off my vehicle?

Bring your keys, the wheel lock key if your vehicle has locking lug nuts, and notes on what you've noticed and when. If another shop gave you a quote or a diagnosis, bring that too. Past repair records help when they're handy, but they aren't required.

How will I know what my vehicle needs?

After we inspect it, we'll explain what we found in plain terms: what's necessary now, what can wait, and what each option costs. Nothing gets done until you've had a chance to decide.

Do you give second opinions?

Yes. We give a free second opinion on any repair or service recommendation. Bring the vehicle and the paperwork, and we'll inspect it ourselves and tell you honestly what we see.

Do you do oil changes and routine maintenance?

Yes. Along with repair work, we handle oil changes and preventive maintenance on cars, trucks and SUVs. Routine visits are also a good time for us to spot wear on brakes, suspension, fluids and belts before it turns into a bigger repair.

I can't recommend these guys enough! My car needed some pretty significant repairs and I was worried about finding the right mechanic. They communicated with me through the entire process. They laid out repairs that were necessary verses "nice to haves". Their pricing was fair, honest and transparent. They are also just wonderful to work with. They will always be my mechanic! I'm really grateful I found them. Highly recommend to all the single ladies out there due to how safe and honest these guys are.

John is a top-notch mechanic and an honest person. Instead of charging me for a lot of parts that I didn’t need, he told me he couldn’t diagnose the exact spot in my suspension that was making noise. We agreed that I would drive my car a little longer and see if it gets worse. He used suspension ears and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose my car. Many shops would’ve just told me I needed struts and would’ve charged the normal labor and mark up on parts. He might not have solved my problem but kudos to John and his team for not just throwing parts at it. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop in the Missoula area.
