Missoula Automotive and Transmission has been doing this work for over 6 years. Fast, reliable service from ASE-certified technicians.
For slipping or hard shifts, we find the cause before any repair.
For clunks, pulling or uneven tire wear, we track down the worn parts.
For cars, trucks, SUVs and fleets, we handle everyday repairs.
For any warning light, we read the codes and test what they point to.
For work trucks and company vehicles, we keep service on schedule.
For a transmission past repair, we lay out rebuild and replace costs.
For dark fluid, rough shifts or lots of towing, we service the fluid.
For whining, clunking or a gear oil leak, we check the differential.
For fluids, filters and belts, we follow your vehicle's schedule.
Fast service and a good price! Would recommend!

Excellent Service! I took my car to them for a full transmission fluid flush and refill, brake fluid full flush and replace, and an oil change. These are Good People. They do Great Work for a Fraction of the Price the Dealership wanted to charge me. They are now my go to shop.

I’ve got both my suspension and my clutch replaced in my WRX by them, and they were super quick! Quoted me up to a week both times, but I got my car back within 2 days, both times. Really great work!!

John is a top-notch mechanic and an honest person. Instead of charging me for a lot of parts that I didn’t need, he told me he couldn’t diagnose the exact spot in my suspension that was making noise. We agreed that I would drive my car a little longer and see if it gets worse. He used suspension ears and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose my car. Many shops would’ve just told me I needed struts and would’ve charged the normal labor and mark up on parts. He might not have solved my problem but kudos to John and his team for not just throwing parts at it. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop in the Missoula area.
